Cute vest. I couldn't find buttons big enough, so I made some out of coasters I had. I ran out of yarn for the final rib cuff, so I switched colors. Doesn't it look "whimsical" and like I did it on purpose?
I've been knitting for a long long time. Longer than most of you have been eating solid food. And I have come to the conclusion that I will never be able to knit all the wonderful patterns that are out there. That is why this site is all the more surprising. In this time of exquisite design and innovative construction, we are faced with complete lunacy. Here I am just "sharing" some of that with you, and scratching my head. The selections shown are made only from professionally designed and published material. The work will be current, (at most 2 years old. The 80's should be left in the 80's. That stuff is too easy. 80's fashion as a whole is not something that should be revisited, so we won't single out the knitware). Work from private blogs, that was posted to share with family and friends will not be targeted. They mean well, but they are just having a good time knitting. But the brand houses, that have access to all the yarn in the world, professional knitters, pattern designers, and a photographer... and they are still turning out these offensive pieces... these are the works that will be singled out and brought to you.
Submissions are warmly welcomed. I'd love to see the little gems that you find in your quest for the perfect "next project".

What is with the 'tude in knitting catalogs? Who knew that knitting attracted a criminal element.
